Ithaca is ... gorges!

My first road trip to Cornell took my breath away. The drive was a canvas of red, orange and yellow leaves that will soon fall from the trees. Pinar drove us the five hours stopping off along the way to allow me to be the eternal tourist, filling my camera with the spectacluar views. The campus was a picture of fairy tales that left me with a feeling of awe. If you have ever seen my school (University of Technology, Sydney) you would understand why. So now only one question remains ... can the University of Colorado be even more beautiful? Right Jill :-)

The Cornell kids are an impressive bunch. Entertaining, intelligent and a little quirky, they have worked hard to achieve great results in AIESEC this year. Luke, Nick, Pinar ... Good luck with everything guys, I know you will be brilliant!

That picture was taken about 100m from my house at Cornell. Glad you liked it and thanks for taking the time to go up.

Um....of COURSE the University of Colorado is more beautiful! You'll have to see for yourself. Maybe a ski trip in the spring is in order? :)

HA HA!!! Victory: the ultimate chance to prove how childish I am and give UTS the kick in the nuts it deserves... OMG this is a university designed by economists not artists... it is a block... a concrete block... I would have been ASHAMED to have put my name on it... but there they go... putting it in BIG WHITE LETTERS so that everyone knows who owns the eyesore. BAH HA HA HA... we used to sit on our wooden deck, shoes off, gazing at out sandstone buildings, drinking schooners/jugs and starring at that god forsaken joint thinking 'I'm glad that's not me catching the express elevator today to get to class today'... btw your uni had better happy hour ($1.50 teddies!!! victory and sweetness)...

btw Kyle's pa had a hand in building that one...
